In order to maintain our high-level of service based on our unique one-on-one cage-free concept and to ensure a stress-free calm spa environment, we can only accomodate a finite amount of grooms per day.

There are 4 delicious spa experiences, each one tailored to pamper, calm and soothe the most special friend you have. All experiences include a hair cut and style, pawdicure, ear treatments, and a bikini (sani) trim.

There are exceptions to the average rates -- conditions which may extend the treatment times include any and/or all of the following:
1. Heavily Matted Coats
2. Puppies (yes they normally take longer due to their resistance upon 1st groom -- remember your very 1st time going to a hairstylist?)
3. Hyper-Activity / Anxiety (constant nipping/biting, struggling due to stress/fear from past traumatic/unpleasant experience/s)

We insist on handling your family pet with the utmost love and care while they are with us, and focusing on only them (one-on-one attention for the entire groom from start to finish). No loved pet will leave The Uptown Dog scared or traumatized while in our care.
